About the M5216 Centrex Nortel Telephone NT4X44 The M5216 meridian centrex phone is recommended when you need a
central answering position or ACD support. It offers unique functionality,
making it the perfect solution for call centers or other high-volume
calling applications. Combined with the M522 Expansion Module, the
M5216 is also recommended as a mini-console. The M5216 delivers
call information such as call progress, queue status, and calling
name and number. |

Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right Nortel M5216 phone is to turn the phone over and look on the bottom for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the phone: "Nortel M5216 ". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
