About the M5212 Nortel Telephone NT4X39 The Meridian M5209 has on-hook dialing which allows monitoring of call progress through the phone's speaker until the other party answers the call. The Meridian M5212 Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) telephone is ideal in situations where agents must handle a large number of calls quickly. On the m5209 phone it has a feature inuse indicator that show status of features such as ring again, call forward and message waiting.The Aastra Meridan M5209 phone is compatible with Meridian M536 and M518 add-on modules for line and feature expansion. |

It should have the following located on the bottom of the phone: "Nortel M5212 ". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
