About the Norstar CICS KSU 4x16 w/ 7.0 Software & Caller ID NT7B58BA The Nortel CICS or Norstar Compact ICS as it is also known, is among the finest of digital phone systems Nortel has to offer. The Nortel CICS is extremely realiable, very user friendly and a veritable workhorse of a phone system. Norstar is a brand name of the namufacturer Nortel, and the CICS
is the middle sized phone system of 3 digital phone systems. The
Norstar Compact ICS sizes from 4x8 to 8x24. It supports all Norstar and Business Series telephones, including fully-featured digital functions with LCD and soft keys. The Norstar CICS comes with one Caller ID trunk card, you can initially connect four outside lines and will max out at 8X24. Click here for

PLEASE NOTE: The Norstar Compact ICS KSU is NOT a plug and play phone system. The Norstar Compact ICS KSU requires a Norstar certified installer to program the system. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right Norstar Compact ICS KSU is to turn the module over and look on the side for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the cabinet: "Norstar Compact ICS KSU ". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
