About the OHP- 8MEM memory chip (8 Minutes of Memory) The On Hold Plus OHP 8MEM memory module adds 8 minutes of recording
capability to your unit. Just install the memory module in the vacant
socket, and the unit automatically recognizes the additional memory.

PLEASE NOTE: The On-Hold Plus OHP 8MEM memory chip works ONLY with the OHP 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500, or 6500 units. It will not work with any other On-Hold Plus system. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right OHP 8MEM memory chip is to turn the item over and look on the bottom for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the phone: "OHP 8MEM". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
