About the OHP 5500 Digital Player This On Hold Plus OHP 5500 has a specially integreated analog phone
adapter module along with telephone extension hold music activators
(TEHMA's) which allow the OHP 5500 to provide true "hold button"
activation of on-hold audio from any phone. Includes TEHMA's for
2 phones extensions, additional TEHMA's available separately. Works
with up to 4 lines and provides hold music on up to 50 extensions.

PLEASE NOTE: The OHP 5500 works with any KSU-less and Multi-line Analog telephone ONLY. It will not work with a office telephone system or PBX. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right OHP 5500 Digital Player is to turn the item over and look on the bottom for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the phone: "OHP 5500 Digital Player". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing. So please consult with us regarding the OHP 5500 Digital Player or any other On-Hold Plus component if you are unsure of what your are ordering.
