About the Toshiba ACTU3 System Processing Unit The ACTU3 is the CIX 100 Toshiba phone systems common control processor unit. The ACTU3 provides you with a 32 active port licenses. Also on board are two RCA jacks with volume controls to interface with music on hold and background music sources.
