And the SoundStation2 offers 360-degree microphone coverage with intelligent mixing – so only the microphone closest to the speaker is on for crystal clear conferencing. The Polycom Soundstation 2 Basic requires an Digital to Analog Adapter if you are using it with a digital business telephone system. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right Polycom Soundstation 2 Basic is to turn the conference phone over and look on the bottom for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the conference unit : "Polycom Soundstation 2 Basic ". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
