About the Plantronics A10 Direct Connect Cable-66268-02
The A10 should not be used if the compatibility guide calls for HIS, HIC, HIP, U10 (CIS) or U10P cable with H top. Otherwise using an H-series headset with the A10 cable is equivalent to a Polaris solution (with the exception of RNA support).

PLEASE NOTE: The Plantronics A10 Cable works Plantronics H Series Headsets only. Customers are responsible to make sure that the Plantronics H Serires headset ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right Plantronics headset is to call Plantronics directly at 800-544-4660 and ask for technical support.You will be asked to find the model number of your headset by looking on the side of the unit. Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
