PLEASE NOTE: The Nortel IP Power supply is NOT for a regular telephone. The Nortel IP Power supply requires a Norstar 1120e or 1140e or 1150e IP phone to operate. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right Nortel IP Power supply is to turn the power supply over and look on the bottom or side for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the Power Supply: "Nortel IP Power supply NTYS17BAE6 and or NTYS14AAE6". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing. So please consult with us regarding the Nortel IP Power supply or any other Nortel phone system component if you are unsure of what your are ordering.
