This system include voice messaging, unified messaging, digital networking, enhanced call centers and speech recognition. The MICS can grow with your business through the addition of trunk and station modules as you need them. Supports all Norstar and Business Series phones. PLEASE NOTE: The Norstar MICS 0X32 Cabinet is NOT a generic KSU. The Norstar MICS 0X32 Cabinet requires a Norstar certified installer to program the system. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right Norstar MICS 0X32 Cabinet is to turn the module over and look on the side for the part number. It should have the following located on the side of the cabinet (KSU): "Norstar MICS 0X32 Cabinet ". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
