About the On-Hold Plus OHP- 500P4 TEHMA

In order to achieve true "hold button" activation, On-Hold Plus created a small module called a TEHMA (telephone extension hold music activator). This line powered activator tells the OHP4500 OHP5500, OHP6500 or OHP7500 unit when the phone is on-hold. Only phone extensions with a TEHMA can put a call on-hold with music using the phone's hold button.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you ordered a OHP 4500, OHP 5500, OHP 6500 or OHP 7500 , you do not need to purchase an additional TEHMA. 2 TEHMA's come with all these units.

The On-Hold Plus OHP 500P4 works ONLY with the OHP4500 OHP5500, OHP6500 or OHP7500 units. It will not work with any other On-Hold Plus system. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right OHP 500P4 or TEHMA is to turn the item over and look on the bottom for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the phone: "OHP 500P4 or TEHMA".

Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing. So please consult with us regarding the OHP 500P4 / TEHMA or any other On-Hold Plus component if you are unsure of what your are ordering. Our goal is your total satisfaction and lasting business.
